The IMPACT Family Reunification and Co-Parenting Program helps families build healthier relationships, reduce conflict, and create safe, stable, and nurturing environments for children. Our program serves families experiencing custody disputes, co-parenting challenges, reunification needs, child welfare involvement, family conflict, and other circumstances that may affect parent-child relationships.
Using evidence-based practices, IMPACT provides individualized services that address each family’s unique strengths and challenges. Services include:
· Family Reunification Counseling – Helps rebuild and strengthen parent-child relationships through a structured, child-focused process.
· Co-Parenting Counseling – Improves communication, reduces conflict, and promotes healthy, child-centered co-parenting.
· Nurturing Parenting Education – Provides individualized and group-based parenting education to strengthen parenting skills and foster positive family relationships.

Unlike traditional parenting classes, IMPACT begins with a comprehensive family review process that helps us better understand each family’s strengths and needs. The information gathered provides valuable insight into parenting strengths and areas for growth, helping our professionals develop effective, individualized interventions designed to build positive, nurturing parenting behaviors. This personalized approach allows us to tailor services to each family’s unique circumstances, monitor progress, and support meaningful outcomes throughout the program.
Our goal is to strengthen parenting skills, improve communication, support healthy parent-child relationships, and promote long-term family stability and child well-being.
