What is teletherapy?
Teletherapy is an outpatient counseling session that is conducted via phone or video conferencing. It allows you and your therapist to visit remotely when circumstances prevent in-person attendance.
Is teletherapy effective?
Yes! Research shows that teletherapy sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions.
Is it for children, as well as adults?
Yes! Teens, adults, and younger children (10 & up) can benefit from teletherapy services. The advancements of video conferencing has made teletherapy sessions almost identical to in-person sessions.
Is it confidential?
Yes! We ask that all clients find a quiet private place to conduct their session to ensure confidentiality on their end. No sessions or images are recorded by the therapists
