IMPACT’s PROVE Program helps low-income parents receive the resources and training they need to better support their children. Parents in our program receive training in parenting, healthy relationships, anger control, and life skills.
During the year-long program, we also assist parents in enrolling and succeeding in a HS/GED program, certification program, or other vocational program of their choice. Parents are matched with a case manager who works with them closely to remove barriers and build self-confidence and self-efficacy.
Parents also develop a supportive community with other parents in the program to stay encouraged and talk about their successes and struggles.
Participants will be compensated for their time and for meeting certain milestones.
