Job Description: Serve as the principle point of contact for families entering the FRP program. Recruit and train families into the program and provide supportive visitation to children and families; Develop Family Support Plan in partnership with non-custodial parent(s), social worker, Family Court personnel
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Completing enrollment paperwork and processes for new clients including reviewing program policies, procedures and expectations with both custodians and visiting parents
- Completing family enrollment for initial assessment of needs and for completing on-going Record of Contact (ROC) notes that are submitted to the county.
- Work with families to complete Family Support Assessments and Family Development Plans (FDP) that establish short- and long-term family goals.
- Clearly define the rules of visitation with all parties involved and notify referring agency of violations.
- Attend court hearings for inquires for referrals
- Attend court hearings for case planning as needed
- Attend weekend visits and serve as the manager on duty during visits
